Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard & Discover.

Q. What is your Shipping Policy?
A. Most Items will ship within 2 to 3 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. 
If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote.   All orders are eligible for the low, flat rate shipping price of only $4.99 if the order is $29.00 or less.

Q. What do I do if I have problems with my order?
A. If you have problems with your order please contact us first right away. We will do everything we can to remedy all problems in a timely fashion. Our goal is your complete satisfaction!

Q. Is your site secure?
A. Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection.

Q. What if I'm looking for an item that you don't currently carry?
A. If you can't find the item you are looking for please contact us with the product name and description and we will do what we can to help.

Q. Can I use multiple products simultaneously?
A. Yes! All of our products are safe to be used in tandem with each other. Consult product label for more details.

Q. How large of a dose do I give my dog?
A. Dosages vary depending on multiple factors.  Consult product label for specific instructions.

Q. Do you offer a money back guarantee?
A. Yes! Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are less than completely satisfied, just return the product for a full refund, less sales tax and shipping.  See our return policy for more information.

Q. Are your products safe for all animals?
A. Dog Supplements Online offers products specifically designed for use in and on dogs. We do not advise use for other animals.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. Due to recent regulation surrounding state sales tax, we will charge state sales tax to California residents only.

Q. Do you have a store we can visit in person?
A. In order to keep our over head low and provide our customers the most possible value, Dog Supplements is only available online.

Q.  Do you share my personal information?
A. No! Although we offer email updates and discounts via email, with your permission, the information you provide to us is used only to fulfill your order.  We do not share or sell your information.

Q.  Do you have someone I can talk to with questions about the products you offer?
A.   Yes! Our staff does get extremely busy, but if we aren’t available for you right away, we do promise to get back in touch with you within a reasonable time.  You may contact us during normal business hours, Pacific Standard Time.

Q.  Do you offer bulk discounts?
A.  Yes! Although not a standard practice, we will customize an ordering platform on individual orders of more than $1000.00. at support@dogsupplementsonline.com prior to placing your order.

Q. Do you offer a product performance guarantee?
A.  Although we are confident in the products we offer, due to their use on living animals, we are unable to guarantee specific results.
