Return Policy

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if your're not completely satisfied with your purchase, that you can return it for a full refund of the product price. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Back Order Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience.   Complete customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Shipping Time Policy

Most Items will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. 

Shipping Cost Policy 

Dog Supplements Online is now pleased to offer free shipping on all orders of $29.01 (USD) and higher.  All orders $29.00 (USD) and lower are a low flat rate of $4.99 (USD) through our prefered carrier, UPS!  This policy is in effect for the continential United States.  Due to the high quality ingredients in our supplements,  we currently cannot ship outside of the 50 U.S. states due to the fact the we cannot guarantee the products making it through customs. It is not the intent of DogSupplementsOnline.com or its affiliates to profit from shipping charges. Products shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may incurr a higher shipping rate regardless of the order total in US dollars.

If you would like expedited shipping, and are willing to pay the difference, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier. Please keep the original shipping material as inspections of the damaged package is sometimes requested.
